He holds an Australian MBA, a Master of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Economics, and is fluent in both English and Chinese. He has long been dedicated to connecting community resources and helping vulnerable groups access the support they need.他拥有澳洲工商管理MBA、社会科学硕士及经济学学士学位，精通英语及中文，长期致力于连接社区资源，帮助弱势人群获取各类协助。

He applies his extensive community health experience and resource coordination skills to Australia's Support at Home services — actively running programs that help more seniors and vulnerable communities access professional, high-quality and caring home care, improving quality of life so seniors can age comfortably and happily at home.他将丰富的社区健康服务经验与资源整合能力运用于澳洲居家养老（Support at Home）服务，积极开展各项活动，帮助更多长者及弱势族群获得专业、优质、贴心的居家养老服务，提升生活质量，让长者安心居家、幸福养老。

Lucky brings extensive experience in medical research, business management and financial management. She participated in a Sino-US collaborative lung cancer research project at Heilongjiang Provincial Tumour Hospital, serving as a lung cancer research investigator for 5 years.她拥有丰富的医疗科研、企业管理及财务管理经验。曾在黑龙江省肿瘤医院参与中美合作肺癌科研项目，担任了5年的肺癌研究办公室调查员。

After migrating to Australia in 2001, she served as accountant and deputy general manager at an Australian joint venture. She is now dedicated to aged care, bringing her years of experience to provide professional, caring and high-quality service to seniors.2001年移居澳大利亚后，曾担任澳大利亚一家合资企业会计及副总经理，具备优秀的组织协调、团队管理及沟通能力。现致力于澳大利亚居家养老服务，希望运用多年积累的经验，为长者提供专业、贴心、高质量的服务。

A former university lecturer who since 2015 has led learning groups for middle-aged and older adults. Due to her outstanding volunteer service, she was awarded the highest volunteer service achievement award by St George River and Burwood councils and the NSW Government in both 2024 and 2025.她曾是一名大学教师，自2015年起开始带领中老年人学习小组。由于多年来出色的志愿服务，她于2024年和2025年荣获St George River和Burwood市政和新南威尔士州颁发的最高志愿服务成就奖。
